Q1) What is your coaching philosophy in one or two sentences?

My philosophy is to build strong fundamentals while creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I believe every player can improve through consistent practice, purposeful training, while enjoying the process.

Q2) How do you structure a typical lesson? Please describe what a beginner and an intermediate/advanced player can expect.

For beginners, lessons focus on the fundamentals – grip, ready position, footwork, stroke mechanics, rules, and game awareness – through progressive drills before introducing match play.

For intermediate and advanced players, sessions are tailored to their goals, with an emphasis on technique refinement, shot selection, doubles strategy, decision-making under pressure, and game-based scenarios. I also incorporate structured drills that translate directly into match performance.

Q3) Which single PB stroke or skill is non-negotiable for every player, and how do you teach it?
